Liya Elsa Stephen has a postgraduate degree in Commerce from K G college, Pampady affiliated to the Mahatma Gandhi University with distinction and fourth rank (2017), and has qualified UGC-NET in Commerce (2017). She has previously worked as Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce of Madras Christian College, Chennai. Her areas of interest include Women Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management. Her work spans across topics such as employee engagement in IT industry, growth of women entrepreneurs, predictive analytics etc. appeared in UGC-CARE listed journals and edited books.
