Assistant Professor

Dr.Sumy S joined the Department of English in June 2019. She has over 1 3 years of experience in teaching and research in various colleges of Tamil Nadu. She obtained her doctorate in Cultural Studies/Postcolonial Studies from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli in 2015 for the thesis entitled Cultural Impact in the Select Fiction of Amitav Ghosh and Anita Nair: A Psycho-Social Perspective. She has published extensively in various National and International journals, presented papers in Na tional and International Conferences and edited magazines for colleges.
