Ann Maria Niel Ben graduated in English Language and Literature from Sacred Heart College, Thevara and took her post-graduate degree in English from Stella Maris College, Chennai in 2020 and has also qualified NET. Shortly after her Masters, she explored the varying dimensions of creative writing while working at Inception Business Services, Chennai. Her interest in writing has led her to take up an online course on Content Writing and Marketing Strategy, offered by the University of California. After a brief stint of working in the field of ELT as an online English Language Trainer and Curriculum developer, she joined Naipunnya Institute of Management and Technology, Koratty as Assistant Professor of English. She has presented several academic papers at national and international conferences. Her academic interests include Gender studies, Poetry and Performance and EFL.
