Dr. Jisna N started her career as Personal Assistant to MD in Forest Industries Travancore Limited, Aluva. Earning an experience in administration for a year in Industry shifted to Teaching profession and qualified National Eligibility Test with Junior Research Fellowship in the year 2011. Earning an experience of two years, got admitted to a Full time doctoral degree under Department of Business Management, Calcutta University. Her interest in Research areas was on Spiritual and Emotional Intelligence. She created an Integrated model on Spiritual Intelligence- Emotional Intelligence -Employee Commitment for service Industry. She had worked as Teaching Assistant in MBA Department with Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management, the first Management college in India. Currently working with Sacred Heart College as Head of the Department, Department of Management Studies for the last three years.She has a total of 12 years of Teaching and Research experience.
