Anu Varghese took Masters in Counseling Psychology in 2012 and MPhil in Psychology in 2014 from Christ University, Bangalore. She cleared UGC NET with JRF in 2013. Her academic career started by teaching in Christ University while pursuing MPhil in 2014. Since then she has been teaching diverse subjects related to Psychology. She presented a paper in National Seminar on Positive Psychological Capital and Role of Youth held at University of Madras and received Best Paper Award in 2016.
