Bichu S. Nair is a distinguished academician and researcher with over 9 years of teaching experience and 7 years of industry expertise in marketing and training. He is pursuing his Ph.D. in Management at Mahatma Gandhi University. Bichu has won several awards, including the Mahatma Gandhi University’s Best National Service Program Officer Special Appreciation Award (2021-22) and the Best Electoral Literacy Club District Coordinator Award from the Honorable Ernakulam District Collector in 2025. He also won 6 Best Paper Awards in various international and National level conferences organized by different institutions.He also won the Fr. Dan Thottakkara Best Teacher–Publisher Award from Sacred Heart College for the period 2025–26.Additionally, he received a Certificate of Appreciation from Mahatma Gandhi University for successfully coordinating the Jaivam program.
