1. The dress code for the event will be formal pants and shirts for boys and formal sarees for girls.
2. Those who collected provisional certificates have to arrive at 4 pm to hand it over to the Certificate committee.
3. Students are to report and be seated by 4.30 pm.
4. Photography is strictly prohibited. Official photos will be available as soft copies after the event.
5. Parking will be available at East Campus.
6. Only family members will be allowed to accompany students for the event.
7. Students are allowed to occupy only the seat assigned to them for the duration of the event.
8. Food coupons can be collected from the venue reception upon arrival.
