Ajisha Sara Mohan
Asst.Professor , HOD

With a specialisation in Human Resource Development and Management, Ajisha Sara Mohan began her career in Talent Acquisition in a renowned MNC. She entered the academia as a teacher beginning with Value Education for Upper Primary and High School students and moving on to teaching Psychology for Senior Secondary students. She was working as a Visiting Faculty handling Positive Psychology course for M.Sc. Psychology classes before joining Sacred Heart College in 2021. Her research has mostly been in the areas of Organisational Politics, Employee Morale and Internet Addiction. She has completed various courses and workshops on SPSS, SAP and Inclusivity in Classrooms. She has conducted training sessions for school and college students and parents on various topics such as memory, learning styles, emotional intelligence and parenting. She has also published a poem titled ‘Anklet’ in April-June 2019 issue of Inkspire, an online literary journal.

2015: Case study titled “Brands in Crisis: An analysis of cases” at the Fourth National Conference on Case Studies (COGNOSCO) in 2015.

2023: Paper titled “Relationship between Personality and Problematic Internet Use and Internet Addiction Among College Students” at the Two Day National Conference on Psychology in a Transforming Era, Grace Valley College of Arts and Science.
