With a specialisation in Human Resource Development and Management, I began my career in Talent Acquisition. I entered the academia as a teacher beginning with Value Education for Upper Primary and High School students and moving on to teaching Psychology for Senior Secondary students. I was working as a Visiting Faculty handling M.Sc. Psychology classes before joining Sacred Heart College in 2021. My research has mostly been in the areas of Organisational Politics, Employee Morale and Internet Addiction. I have conducted training sessions for school students and parents on various topics such as memory, learning styles and parenting.
Graduated as University Second Rank Holder in B.A. Psychology from Mahatma Gandhi University in 2014.
Published a poem "Anklet" in April-June 2019 issue of Inkspire, an online literary journal.
