Ms Athira V.T. started off her career as Assistant Professor in Commerce, Sacred Heart College in 2016, on completing M.com (Finance) from the same institution. She did her Bachelor in Commerce with Finance and Systems specialisation from Amrita School of Arts and Science, Kochi. Presently, she is pursuing her doctoral degree from Mahatma Gandhi University. She has published papers in UGC CARE list journals and has attended various Faculty Development Programmes. She has been a part of national seminar co-ordinating team organised by Sacred Heart College, Thevara. Her areas of interest includes finance, marketing, taxation and accounting.

  • Participated/Published/Presented a research paper entitled Impact of demonetisation on digital transactions-A study with special reference to Ernakulam District. in One Day Multidisciplinary International e-Conference on “Modern Research In Science, Social Science And Languages” organized by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)), Bharat Mahavidyalaya, Jeur (C.Rly), on 12th August 2022, Day- Friday.
  • Presented a paper on the topic ” impact of demonetisation on digital transactions” in the two day international conference on Transformation of Economy through Digitalisation Management Perspectives ,hosted by Department of commerce and management in àssociation with Kerala Management Association (KMA) at Amrita school of arts and sciences Kochi on 28th and 29th March 2018.
  • Presented a paper on the topic ” A study on Taxpayers Awareness and Perception about E-filing of Income tax returns” organised by post graduate and research Department of commerce ,St. Peter’s College, Kolenchery .
  • “Cloud Kitchen Business Model –Innovative Business Practices In The Present Digital Era” published in book “Innovative Business Practices In The Present Digital Era” ISBN No. “978-93-5515-047-9” on 18/09/2021.
  • Published a paper titled “ A study on the impact of work from home among employees with reference to IT sector in cochin city” in Kutup an international peer reviewed ,refereed, UGC care enlisted half yearly journal –july-22to december2022.
