Parvathy P S is an emerging academic scholar currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Sacred Hearts College, Thevara. Her study examines how these micro‑enterprises voluntarily integrate social and environmental concerns into their everyday operations—often informally and as part of their ethical values—despite limited resource
Parvathy P S actively contributes to the institutional framework through various roles. She serves as a member of the Internal Complaints Committee, helping ensure a safe and supportive environment within the campus. In addition, she is the Mentor Coordinator of the East Campus, overseeing student mentoring activities and facilitating academic and personal development. She also takes charge as the Faculty advisor of B.com( Hons) Business Analytics, playing a key role in encouraging extracurricular engagement and holistic student growth.
